Amanda Eckart is the best of the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly, responsible, and honest. She is very familiar with many neighborhoods in Suffolk County, Long Island, and has friends/connections throughout that she can draw upon when she wants to seek out additional information. She has helped me with issues before, during, and after the process of purchasing two homes. I email or text her with follow up questions frequently and always value her opinion. I appreciate that she worked with me and my husband for several years before we eventually purchased our dream home. She was never pushy at all. Amanda found us the house we wanted in the precise neighborhood we requested. She started the process by taking us to several homes to get a sense of what we wanted. When we came close to submitting a bid on another home, she kept an eye on the market and took us to see our dream house before she would let us submit a bid on something that, in retrospect, wouldn not have been a good fit. She really listens and is not invested in pushing buyers to make a move. Throughout the process with a difficult seller, she made sure that we understood what was happening at evey step. I have recommended her to colleagus and friends. You can't do better!
